It is rarely a short or easy journey, but most things in life worth having require hard work. But that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun along the way too! What drives me personally is knowing that exercise done properly, can raise the quality of life for individuals way into their future. To me, it’s not about how much weight you can lift, how far or fast you can run, or even beating out “the other guy”. It’s about being able to move in the best possible way for you, as an individual, to do the things in your life that you may want to do. Whether it’s run a marathon or get down on the floor to play with the grand-kids! I prefer to work with older individuals and people who really want to change things for the better. Everyone is different and the journey for each person is its own reward!
